Hard resetting steps-

Step 1: Tap on the ‘Menu’ butoon, then go to ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Tap on the ‘Privacy’ option.

Step 3: There will be an option named as ‘Factory Data Reset’, select that.

Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and select the ‘Reset’ button from there.

Step 5: A warning will appear which will ask for confirmation to delete the all data (hard reset).

Step 6: As soon as you select the option ‘Erase everything’ from the warning dialog the data will start deleting and your Android phone will soon reach to its original state with all default settings.

That’s it. Leave comments if you are having any problem with ‘Hard reset’ on your Android phone.

This is not a hard reset. Is just a factory reset. Hard reset involves a combination of buttons when you are booting the phone.
