It’s about time that you stop dreaming of a White Christmas. That’s because you’ll have to greet this New Year with a big grin on your face once you get to know that Samsung will be giving you a White Galaxy Nexus just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Sounds like a sweet treat for you, huh? Well, it’s been almost a month since the black version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus was released in the US. Thus, you shouldn’t be surprised if the some retailers will be offering the world’s first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone in its classy white shell. But for now, you’ll have to pass the dice over to your pals at the British Isles.
That being said, the white version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will most likely hit the shelves of selected UK retailers sometime within next month. Clove, one of UK’s reliable online retail stores, has officially brought the handset up for pre-order. If ever you decide to get one, you’ll need to pay the sum of 498 Pounds (including VAT) that’s more or less equivalent to 771 US Dollars. That’s for the 16GB model. You can also get the snow-coated phone at MobileFun.
Specs wise, you’ll basically get a SIM Free and Unlocked handset. Even so, nothing much has been altered except for the fact that the phone’s shell turned paler. You’ll still be getting the 4.65 inch Galaxy Nexus handset that’s equipped with a 1.2GHz Dual Core Processor. The smartphone can also take pride of its Super AMOLED capacitive multi-touch display, 720 x 1280p screen, 5MP rear camera with Auto Focus, Digital Zoom and LED flash, 1080p full HD video capture, 1.3MP front camera, Wi-Fi, NFC, 1GB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0 and 1850 mAh power cell.
Now, all that’s left for us to do is to wait for Big Red to unveil the White Samsung Galaxy Nexus with 4G LTE.
