Two new tablets are coming to Japan very soon which will be launched by NTT DOCOMO. The first tablet is GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D that is property of Samsung, while other one is Fujitsu’s ARROWS Tab LTE F-01D. Both of the tablets will be compatible with the extra-high-speed next-generation LTE network of the company and able to use the company’s Xi service that is pronounced as “Crossy,” which provides the downloading speed of 75Mbps that is just unbelievable and amazing.
Both of the tablets are quite well-known that running the 3.2 version of the Android operating system. Each tablet has 10.1-inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, and both are powered by dual core CPUs.
The upcoming GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D and ARROWS Tab LTE F-01D are the DOCOMO optimized versions of the original tablets that have the support for DOCOMO’s LTE network which original models doesn’t have. The docomo Tablet GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D is equipped with 3.2 megapixel rear view camera and 2 megapixel front view camera to utilize the VOIP services. The device is 8.6mm thick and weighs 565g that is consist of 7,000 mAh battery. Japanese users will also be able to use other DOCOMO services as well. These services are Area Mail, docomo market, and sp-mode.

The docomo Tablet ARROWS Tab LTE F-01D is equipped with 5 megapixel rear view camera and 1.3 megapixel front view camera. The thickness of the device is 11.3mm and weight is 597g. Some prominent features of the device are Hand Gesture Controls and one-seg mobile TV, plus this tablet is waterproof too because of its IPX5/IPX7 water standards.

Owners of these tablets will also be able to Hulu and Qik Video services by using the high-speed LTE network. Actually LTE (Long Term Evolution) is one of the latest packet data transmission technology that use IP (Internet Protocol) addresses to transmit the packets send by the user. It supports faster data and experts calling it a replacement for current 3G networks.
The docomo Tablet GALAXY Tab 10.1 LTE SC-01D will hit the Japanese markets somewhere in October probably at the start, while other one maybe reached the markets in middle of the October. The pricing details will be announced later.
