Verizon is sharing the love to its ever-loyal subscribers. The other day, it released a software update for the Motorola Xoom LTE. Now, it has officially announced its latest software update for the Droid Xyboard 8.2 and 10.1, Droid Razr and Droid Razr Maxx.
For those with Droid Xyboards, do expect that you’ll be getting a couple of fixes and enhancements. Eventually, your slate’s software build will be upgraded to 1.6.0M_279. Before downloading the said update, it would be better if you could connect your slate to a stable WiFi network since the update’s size won’t go any lower than 83.8 Megabytes.
Meanwhile, those with Motorola Droid Razr and Motorola Droid Razr Maxx will be able to upgrade their phone’s firmware build to 6.12.173.XT912.Verizon.en.US. This particular update will fix some of the known errors and glitches. The full changelog is quite lengthy but here are some of the things that you can expect after installing the said software update.
Again, make sure that you have a stable internet connection before downloading the said software version as its total file size won’t go any lower than 151.8 Megabytes.
