Download Early Samsung Galaxy S II (GS2 I9100XXKP1) Android 4.0.1 Ice Cream Sandwich Build Revealed (Video)

Samsung Galaxy S II owners will surely be delighted to know that Samsung is currently testing an early build of Android 4.0.1. The ROM is being tested in a particular GS2 model called the I9100XXKP1. As you can see in the video, the basic features of Android Ice Cream Sandwich work pretty well alongside with Samsung’s very own TouchWiz UI.

Nevertheless, you should keep in mind that this is a “CUSTOM” Samsung build and you cannot avoid those instances where your phone will force close a bunch of apps. There will also be instances that you will experience some “random reboots” aside from the point that the phone can be a little bit sluggish. Still, you can actually expect that the build will allow you to use your phone’s calling, sms and internet features.

And before we forget, the site also said that this ICS build is largely broken and you might as well refrain from using it as your daily driver.
