Asus Eee Pad Transformer 2 Release Planned on 7th November


Asus Eee Pad Transformer 2 is scheduled for release in the first week of November in UK. Popular online retailer lamda seems to be releasing the tablet in the market. There are not much of details regarding the tablet posted on their website. As per Asus public announcement this tablet is likely to have to quad core processor- Tegra 3 from Nvidia. This will definitely benefit in multi-tasking and CPU intensive games and applications. Tegra 3 being much better at performance compared to apple A5 and many other intel tablet processors, asus is all set to launch the best performance tablet in the market.

This tablet will come with updated version of android operating system which is ice-cream sandwitch. New version of android operating system will ensure better battery life, high multi-tasking performance and better apps.

Tablet has resolution of about 1280×800 P resolution IPS display. It has 1GB of memory and 32 GB of storage space. In terms of pricing this tablet will be more expensive compared to other tablets in the market. This is obvious considering the high performance processor and other features that comes with it. As per lambda’s price page, it shows £448.21  tag on this tablet. Compared to those kindle and other cheap tablets this one seems to be for the serious tablet users who do mult-tasking and wish to play high graphics games. Overall this tablet can be the best of both desktop and tablet world. If you’re interested in high performance tablets then hold your purchase till first week of November, you’ll feel much better for not investing into cheap kindle tablets.
